Absolutely. We provide comprehensive training materials and resources to prepare you for your role, even if you’re new to remote work. Some client-specific certifications may also be required and will be explained during onboarding.
Can I choose my own working hours?
Yes. One of the biggest perks of working with Mapade Solutions is flexibility. As an independent contractor, you can set your own schedule, as long as you meet the minimum weekly commitment required by the client (typically 15+ hours per week).
How is compensation handled?
Pay is based on the client and project you’re assigned to. Most positions pay between $10 to $16 per hour. Payments are typically issued bi-weekly through direct deposit or another method outlined in your contract.
Are employee benefits offered?
No. Since all agents work as independent contractors, traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans are not provided. However, the tradeoff is greater autonomy and flexible working arrangements.
Do I need to handle my own taxes?
Yes. As a contractor, you are responsible for managing and reporting your income to the appropriate tax authorities. We do not withhold taxes from your pay.
Are there any service or platform fees involved?
Some clients or platforms may charge small administrative or certification fees, depending on the nature of the project. These will always be communicated in advance and are typically used to maintain access to secure portals, training, or background checks.
